I need new ideas for workouts. I like having a group to train with since they bring new ideas in, but a lot of these practices are my own "brainchildren" so to speak, and I can definitely get redundant. If you have anything that really gets you psyched I'd love to hear about it so I can use it as a personal workout or something to give my age group or college kids in the future. All types of workouts are good, even dryland stuff, so feel free, I'd love to hear ideas!
